Whenever I call no one answers the phone. I need to provide information regarding my daughter’s medication because of a change in her prescription plan. In the past when I needed a refill I could never find out if the prescription is ready. Being homebound it is difficult to go to the pharmacy to pick it up. You have to park and walk a large distance. They need to have a live person to answer the phone.
I called asking for a hard to find prescription for my 101 year old grandma. They took the name and said that they need me to come in and see the prescription. I had to park my grandma in the hosputal lot and when I went in they made me wait over 15 mins and treated me like a criminal. Then they said they don't have it. They could have told me this before treating me like a criminal for a pain med that was legitimate. Man named Anthony.D behind the counter was incredibly rude. Sent me back up to surgery to wait for another two hours until I can get my prescription filled. Went back it was still not ready. He said it would be ready in just a few minutes waiting for another hour before I return to the Deas asking about it and it was already done. Very unprofessional In my opinion not good communicator as well
