What a horrible place. We gave them a deposit and moved out in November and it’s now almost March and they will not send us our deposit back. We stayed in our RV not the mobile home side. We cleaned up our spot, we were respectful and kind. They said that we didn’t leave a forwarding address but we did. Then we were told, oh well the park manager would have to talk to corporate to straighten it out. And now they ignore my calls. DO NOT GO HERE UNLESS YOU WANT YOUR MONEY STOLEN!!!
Do yourself a favor by first reading the more recent, low star, low rating reviews. Although it appears several of the lower, truthful reviews are no longer showing. Many of the shortcomings are immediately obvious. Please be prepared for the many less obvious ones. The one toilet & one shower 'bathhouse' which has no separate stall door or privacy, also did not once provide TOILET PAPER. NO LIGHT SWITCH & NO LIGHT.
