My husband and I have been here for 13 years. It’s a very nice place to live. Neighbors are really friendly. The manager THERESA is a very nice lady. She helps you in anyway that she can above and beyond her job. The maintenance guy JOHN has done more for this community than anybody before him keeps it nice and clean just does his work.
We have lived here for 4 years now! Neighbors can be noisy but kinda expected when we are living this close to each other! The property manager is amazing if I have any issues I take it up with her if I can’t handle it myself and she fixes it fast or gets it fixed fast! Maintenance is amazing actually keeping up with the landscaping instead of just having conversations with everyone trying to figure out everyone’s drama!
It's a nice place to live the manager is nice maintenance guy is doing a lot better than the old maintenance guy the manager has nice activities for the kids and got some good flowers and handed it out to the resident at the beginning of spring
