This place is horrible! My grandma wasn’t taken care of the entire two weeks she was there. She had fallen in her bathroom and hit her head and they left her there for an hour with no help!! The never stay in the room nor do they ever check on her. They leave her all hours of the day in bed and she had declined so much just being there. The place is horrible.

This place is the last place you would want your loved one to go. They don’t take care of their patients and leave them there to die! My grandma had fallen and they left her there for an hour!! She called for the nurses multiple times with the nurse button and nobody would come so she would pee on herself and she wasn’t able to eat or drink in her own and they would drop her food off and leave with no help! These people are horrible!

My friend’s grandmother was not taken care of!! She fell out the bed and nobody came to check on her,so her only way of getting help was crawling across the floor to bang on the walls until someone heard her. Another situation she was laid flat in the bed making her gasp for air. When paramedics arrived she was running fever and struggling to breathe. They rushed her to Baylor.I do not recommend. Nobody deserves to suffer by negligence and nobody wants their loved one in a unsafe environment.

I cant believe this establishment is even open. What are the elderly to do if they dont have a persistent family member to advocate for them! I wish you could have seen my mother when I got up to the window. I watched her hanging off the bed not able to pull herself up! She was gasping for air, mumbling to herself. I knew at that moment I was getting her out of there. Paramedics were called out because I told them. She went to Baylor of Dallas. E.R. doctor just called me and my mother has fever and pneumonia! She was running... read more

I would not recommend you place a loved one in any of their facilities based on my current experience at Coronado Stone Oak in San Antonio TX. I truly hope their care and concern improves and I'd gladly update my review. It is unfortunate that you trust people to give your family the care they need and instead you continually have empty promises made. I will give more details at a later date.

as a rehab patient from having a double back surgery plus a spinal fusion I feel I was left unattended more often than not during the weekend. Pain management was not a concern for some staff, so I was left in my room screaming for 2 and 1/2 hours before anybody would come and try and give me more medication. If I could get a hold of the board of directors of nursing for this facility I would like to speak to them. I was refused medication on two nights by two different staff members, and then was lied to about medication th... read more
