Lab says it's open on Google on Saturday until 12pm. I drove all the way here and it's closed. Seriously? Update your hours.
Agree with some comments. The front staff does not care or does not exist. The lab techs seems to be taking care of most of the work, causing the declining customer care and efficiency.
No one ever answers the phone.
I give credit that my blood gets drawn with little pain here and for that I’ve been grateful! However this labs staff could really use some social, customer service guidance. I’ve been sent over here by my doctor (a very friendly equal person) a few times now and this labs front desk is noticeably inconsistent patient-to-patient with friendliness, attentiveness, and helpfulness.
