We had an appointment at 645 am. Almost an hour later and still are not in. One lady said she is the only person working today and to have patience. Why would you allow so many appointments to be scheduled if you don't have the manpower for even sub par customer service? This place is horrible!! I recommend you find another place to go!!
I must say. This place really shocked me! My 8 year old child/kid who is on the spectrum and I would say he can be a difficult patient had to get bloodwork done. He was extremely scared and was crying the minute we walked in. They were Sooooo nice and helpful! They made me,my husband and child feel welcomed and comfortable.they were super understanding and patient.
