I'd post zero stars if I could. My mother went to Genesys's er In severe pain, she was only saying "Ow, Ow, Ow" in her bed which was not in a room, in a corner with a curtain and not being very loud in my opinion since I've been to the er multiple times and have heard a lot worse and louder, nurses were actually louder joking with one another. This woman had the audacity to tell my mother she needed to be quiet. My mother ended up having emergency surgery shortly after. She should've choosen a different profession. No empath... read more
