I’m going to be a first time home owner and walked in here on a whim. Ray was patient in explaining all the steps and options, walked me through several homes, and showed me all the features I am able to add along with realistic price expectations within my budget. He didn’t pressure me to go outside of my budget like a lot of sales do and he was so pleasant. Thanks to him I found the perfect house and look forward to working with him until I can close.
Me and my mama met with Mr. Ben and Ms. Lynn, and they were SO incredibly kind and informative. We will certainly be returning!!
So far I’m a little disappointed… It has taken a lot of time to get this house set up and everything is finished but I have to wait a whole week to get the keys. After I took off all of next week to move. The staff had been very nice but not very accommodating. I maybe this rating will change for the better when we move in. I hope.
As a first time home buyer, my experience was awesome from deciding on my home purchase to being conditionally approved to closing. Everything was great and went smoothly.
