Overpriced, poorly constructed, disconnected management. The community is wonderful but the home quality and service from oakwood has been pretty abysmal. I'm currently over 4 months out since my cabinets fell off my walls. We are on visit number 2 to install the new delivered cabinets because they can't get an installer here before noon ( even when scheduled for the morning). I've had issues with irrigation leaks, door lock failures, pipe issues, shoddy carpet installation, random holes in walls? That were covered up by fix... read more
Bobby at Oakwood Homes is incredible! He made my home-buying process very simple, easy, and quick. He is personable, knowledgeable, and stayed extremely prompt with his responses-even answering my questions well outside of normal business hours. I could not have asked for a better experience.
