WARRANTY DEPARTMENT!!! BEWARE they do not follow through with promises to replace!!! BRAND NEW HOME AC UNIT WENT OUT 2nd DAY HERE!! Was told by Jesse at home office, Anthony warranty in Arizona and Blair sales ALL CONFIRMED several times the outside unit would be replaced. The day has come Jesse said it was supposed to be outside unit, instead they replace a Component not UNIT as confirmed. Todd main guy in warranty made excuses and said it was a miscommunication.
