Oakwood refuses to fix this! 3rd leak in a brand new house from the same spot! I'm well within my 1 year warranty. Paul told me to call him if I ever have any problems but now he ignores us and refuses to help! He's about as worthless as it gets.
Do not buy a home from these people !! I purchased my home after the business was bought out by Clayton, it was formerly George Jones mobile homes . Do the research ,contact customers who have purchased homes here . Our home is still unfinished after 5 months of being on our property. We chose a home made by live oak. It is a tape and texture home where contractors come in and finish the entire interior of the house. Dry wall mudding ,sanding,painting and trim. My home has been sitting on my property unfinished for 5 months!!! This is a high end tape and texture home. There are many issues, to many to list here that are not being resolved. Run Around !!! Thats what we are getting for choosing to drop 6 figures on a live Oak Manufactured home, based out of Waycross Georgia, plantation series, riviera model. Our salesman was Gene Hart .
