Oakwood Homes helped me get a home. Brandon was my sales person. I recommend him if you go up there. He was able to answer all my questions. They bought the land for me. The financing was not as bad as I thought. They had my home ready ready for me to move in very quickly!! Very pleased!!!!!
We have been working with Oakwood to trade in our home, and buy a bigger new home. We have no current loan on our property, and even are willing to make a down payment. Sadly once your let them know you have money, and can get credit approved for over 100,000 they do everything in their power to max out the cost of the home so you are financing more than what the home is worth! Went to Oakwood Homes in Greenville and Brandon helped us. Their homes are so beautiful. We saw a home called the fireside and it looks amazing. Brandon got the permits and got me financed He was able to save us a lot of money. I would recommend talking to Brandon. He is at the Greenville location. He was very professional and helped us pick out our colors and he even had coloring books for our 6 and 10 year old girls. The office is very clean and smells good too.
