Six months in and I'm still loving my home through Oakwood Homes. The experience was amazing and If I had to do it again; it would be through Oakwood again. Martin Davis, aka, my sales rep was knowledgeable in my needs and what it was going to take to get me approved. He would often assure me that everything was alright and that I was going to be living in my dream home soon. I have visited them since, I became a homeowner and referred others to them as well. Poor workmanship, warranty work and lots of excuses. Once the community was completed Oakwood basically abandoned the project and the maintenance that is their responsibility to complete. STAY AWAY.
