I do not recommend this company to nobody I bought this house in may had agreement with the sales guy name Bryan that my house would be done before august he told me if I gave 1,000 dollars up front he would get started right away on pulling permits and everything well July comes and still nothing no permits nothing well he retires and doesn’t turn over my sell so nobody knows anything about my house so I started dealing with tony he gets my permits sent off and this and that so now here comes august and there saying there’s... read more
This is the worst company. You will be lied to from the entire team. The manage and sales manager need to be replaced. PLEASE FIND ANOTHER DEALER OR YOU WILL BE SORRY.
Do not ever buy anything from this place! Fast talkers and mysterious fees are added along the way!! A complete rip off!!!!

My roof is leaking. Nobody is in any kind of hurry to fix the issue. Home is 1 year old second time this has happened. Exhaust fan has fallen from Sheetrock in bathroom and I have a ruined ceiling and a steady drip. I will see you in court Oakwood 😁
These people sold some of my family a mobile home with a roof leak, which they half way fixed and caused another leak then sent a actor out who couldn’t fix it... now they are expected to pay for a home that they have to constantly repair. Not very good for business if you ask me!!!
