Oakwood Home Medical is more interested in money then helping patients. First they hold oxygen hostage until I pay for equipment I don't need or use then they withhold oxygen because I refuse to pay for that equipment. My family calls to get oxygen replaced and they are sent to billing who ask them when I will pay for the concentrator. Really tired of this company.
