I moved into my new home at Woodside Homes the beginning of January 2025 and couldn’t be happier with my home, the customer service and learning about what awaits in this amazing upcoming community!
Awesome new start to this park
The setting is amazing! Located in one of the best school districts in Des Moines--quiet enough to be peaceful, yet close to everything. And new ownership is changing everything! This community is being completely updated to match its setting. I love it when I'm here and would invite anyone looking for affordable housing in a great place to check into this!
Looks like there are some new homes going in with patios and porches, and some tractors trenching. Maybe sewer, or electricity for street lights? Getting fixed up, I love to see it!
