The apartment itself is nice. What isn’t nice is waking up to your next door neighbor standing on your patio digging through cig butts to smoke in the middle of the night. Or the family in 217 who has a child jumping at all times of the day and night sometimes at 11:30 sometimes 1am sometimes 5pm. And when you call the offices 4 times nothing happens. And upon moving in there was a broken light in the kitchen and a ripped up carpet from previous owners cats. They promised the light would be fixed when we moved in, it took th... read more

Nice facilities, well kept, apartments are somewhat above average in size and quality for the price (780 for a 2 bed, 1 bath). The speedbumps in the parking lot are too aggressive and annoying, and the neighborhood isn't great, but it's generally a pretty nice place.
Clean building management is great quick with maintenance issues
