I think you guys FAIL to realize that this is a TRAILER PARK. Not a a HOA community. Why are we treating this like it’s a HOA??? You guys want to get mad about small little things. How about the fact that people pay RENT, and what comes included in the RENT? AMENITIES. AMENITIES that you guys are CHARGING US for. The pool has been CLOSED for WEEKS on end. This place is hell on earth the trailers are dingy dirty and wore out badass kids running around just horrible
Another update - a few months into living here.... 1st night of back to school for the kids & I fell asleep early with my car in the grass & woke up to my car missing. It was towed and now I owe over $200.... We normally have to park the 3rd car around the corner and walk home... it took forever for the pool to finally open & it's not open some days even if it's during pool hours, which are only Tues thru Sun 10 to 7, & now that we're living here we can see the terrible paint and floor job that was done - there's paint on th... read more
Moved here in January 2026! Been issues ever since!!!! My back deck was dry rotted . My boyfriend ended up falling through and they still weren’t trying to fix it . After calling all week and complaining they finally fixed it and made the deck 3 times smaller than it originally was!!!!
