From the first moment That we met JR he made us feel at home and that every detail would be taken care of. And that was true . He was responsive to every request or question in a very timely manner. Day of service went without a hitch. They Saved us money by setting up the food for us and package it all up at the end of the day for us. I couldn’t ask for anything more. I will continue to use Oakwood anytime I need services.
JR has helped my family with several celebrations of life and funerals. We were blessed to work with him for my grandparents over 10 yrs ago and people still comment on how young and amazing they looked, to this day! He has cared for us more recently with other relatives. JR works diligently to serve all of his families. He treats our deceased loved ones with the utmost respect and regard. Oakwood Funeral home provided care and ease during a very hard time for our family. They took care of all the details the day of so we could focus on family and our loved one we lost. We had a beautiful service. JR was great at accommodating our needs and added an extra table for us when we had more people than expected for lunch. The venue was beautiful and had a nice outdoor seating area. They had complementary amenities such as charging stations, water, coffee and tea for us and our family. I would highly recommend.
Oakwood funeral home did an excellent job with my husband’s service. The atmosphere is cheerful & well put together. They were attentive and catered to my every need. Highly recommend Oakwood Funeral Home.
Day of funeral, we didn't have to worry about a thing. We got photos and they put it in a nice vedio. For the family they had a room with a lock to keep their personal items and in the room had a fridge with water, pop, and coffee machines along with a TV and a Nintendo switch for any kids. Funeral room had lots of chair long with couches and comfy chairs. They also had coffee, hot tea and water machine for everyone.
