Estaba interesada en moverme para allá pero solo veo el mismo patrón de queja, que no atienden las solicitudes y que tampoco atienden personalmente, la administración se justifica pero se nota que no trabajan en el problema. Moved in almost 2 weeks ago, and had a few issues that maintenance fixed right away. Only issues that we are working on is pest control (wasps) which maintenance is working on, and a/c. *note* (updated 8/30/2025): in the little over a month we've been here, they have addressed just about EVERYTHING that needed to be done. Maintenance is wonderful--he is friendly, courteous, and follows up quickly. STILL would move here.
