This place is a great location for those that don't want to be in the city! There are no maintenance for those that have been here for more than 5 years! There are no gutters so the water just goes right into the walls of the trailer causing the water to start seeping into the walls! You fix something do it right! Water needs to be pushed away from the house not just down the sides!! My mom has had issues with the roof since she moved here and the leaks have started again because they don't do things right it's done half ass... read more
Estaba interesada en moverme para allá pero solo veo el mismo patrón de queja, que no atienden las solicitudes y que tampoco atienden personalmente, la administración se justifica pero se nota que no trabajan en el problema. Les daré una oportunidad, aplicaré a ver qué pasa porque los comentarios son de hace 3 años.
Moved in almost 2 weeks ago, and had a few issues that maintenance fixed right away. Only issues that we are working on is pest control (wasps) which maintenance is working on, and a/c. *note* (updated 8/30/2025): in the little over a month we've been here, they have addressed just about EVERYTHING that needed to be done. Maintenance is wonderful--he is friendly, courteous, and follows up quickly. STILL would move here.
