My first visit very thorough and accurate evaluation of dental work needed Sharp staff and friendly.
Oakwood Dental provides good clinical care, and I appreciate the professionalism of the staff. However, the office seriously needs to improve its time management. During my last three appointments, I waited over 40 minutes each time before being seen. At this point, it’s not an occasional delay — it’s a pattern. What makes this more frustrating is that patients are charged a $75 fee if they are late, yet the office does not seem to hold itself to the same standard when it comes to respecting patients’ time.
