This review is not a reflection of the dentists , I did get good dental care at each visit. However, the office staff is incompetent. I am being charged for a no show appointment that I never had in the first place . Anyone who schedules here knows that there is a trail of confirmation texts for every appointment. And they are now bringing up an apparent ‘no show ‘ from 3 years ago, and just now billing me . *GO TO A ROOT CANAL SPECIALIST* I am in shock and need to share this unfortunate experience. I got a root canal done and now it’s infected but ONTOP of that A PIECE OF A TOOL WAS LEFT INSIDE OF MY CANAL. Yes you read that right. Now I am being told by another dentist that this tooth should have NEVER been capped with a crown, and this was BOUND to get infected since this crown was not filled to the Apex. Great service and mad skills
love this office so much. There has to be at least 30 dentists that are closer to my home but honestly just love the doctors and staff so much.
I am a new patient at Oakwood Dental Arts. My first appointment for a cleaning is not until June. I had a problem with a tooth and I contacted them and they gave me an appointment right away. The office was clean and all the staff were very nice.
