There should be an option for no stars. I like the dentist here but the people at the front alone are the reason that me and my husband will no longer be going here. My husband went in for an appointment and they charged him the $900 for his procedure but then neglected to tell him that even though he had an appointment, he’d have to wait an extra 45 minutes to actually be seen because they had other people that were running late. I had a wonderful experience at this dental practice. From the moment I walked in, the front desk staff were welcoming and efficient. The dentist and hygienist and dental assistant were incredibly kind, thorough, and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. Everything was explained clearly, and I felt genuinely cared for. This is by far one of the best dental experiences I’ve had—highly recommended! I had my husband switch to this practice
Had a wisdom tooth pulled today ! Dr.D and Melissa ? were very caring and professional. I felt very comfortable under their care. Highly recommend them.
