I feel the Middletown office front desk has no idea what they are doing. I made an appointment in February for my husband and I for routine first time appointments. Made several visits to the office to fill out paperwork. The first time I was told the computer was down and she couldn’t send me the link. I explained that I would need premedication as I had a knee replacement, in turn she said don’t worry about it we have medication here. Had to have two old crowns replaced today that were put in by another dental office about 10 or so years ago. Oakwood Dental, as always, provided top quality care today. Dr Maffei and Adriana couldn’t have been nicer or more professional. Didn’t feel any discomfort at all, highly recommend this dental practice 👍
