Fronted a bill 9 months later after a completed operation that was completed and told everything would be paid for. Felt lied to as I was not informed of this being a possibility. I would have waited longer to do the procedure if informed so

I feel the Middletown office front desk has no idea what they are doing. I made an appointment in February for my husband and I for routine first time appointments. Made several visits to the office to fill out paperwork. The first time I was told the computer was down and she couldn’t send me the link. I explained that I would need premedication as I had a knee replacement, in turn she said don’t worry about it we have medication here.
