There is a racist living in apartment 103, CM. I visited a friend a few times there and the same guy at first made comments under his breath, I am black. He then became louder and louder about what he said and felt he made a threat to me. I figured out who he was and am going to report his hateful speech to the authorities and I am posting warnings on every site so people know they are harboring a racist.
