I love my counselor! He is non-judgmental, humorous, kind, helpful, resourceful, etc. He has helped me in so many ways and I am glad I connected with him. The facility itself can be a nightmare with scheduling, though. I have called to reschedule, only to to play phone tag for up to a week. I once verified an appointment, showed up, and discovered that someone else was scheduled instead. I was told my name was taken off the schedule because I didn't show the week before, for an appointment I did not schedule.

Was the psychologist friendly? Very! The most welcoming office I've visited! Does this psychologist offer flexible appointment times? Absolutely! I never have a problem! Do you think that the provider's staff are well trained? Yes Did this psychologist answer all your questions? Every question I had was answered thoroughly Would you refer this psychologist to a family or friend? Yes, I'm going tell everyone about them. I absolutely love this place!

I've never received better advice from anyone else. It was sound, helpful, and completely unbiased. He always made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. You will never find a better psychologist than Dr. Pondillo.
