Be careful giving them deposit because when times come to get it back, they will not respond, answer phone calls nor give the money back for a long time. Unsure on the quality of homes, but customer service sucks, that is for sure. We death with Castle Rock, CO office, they are reaching out to Lone Tree, CO headquarters, but no responses either way.
If you ever use one of their houses, inspect it and complain about the minimum detail you find. Had one apartment with a crack in the microwave door. Didn't feel the need to report it because the appliance was working, and it was working until the day I left, however they charged me 420 dollars to fix the microwave door, and I could not prove that it was in that way when I moved in.
