We absolutely love this place. This place is definitely been a savior for my family as I have three young children under the age of eight and we’ve been coming here for the past 23 years and that two hours of childcare per day has really been a lifesaver for myself and my partner to get a little bit of a breather and a workout in and a shower really excellent service quality staff very friendly all the gals that work at the child center are extremely friendly as well. Top-notch place highly recommended.

I've been a member here for over a dozen years. I have been a member at most upscale health facilities all over the bay area. Hands down this is the finest, although I have heard good things about the "O" club in SF. The Bay Club is good but way too busy. The Big C in Concord is nice, but doesn't compare to staff and clientele and the basketball gym is not full court.
