It's one of the greatest place to live everyone is so nice
One of the worst parks management wise I have ever lived in. I have been here a year and a half now and still havnt had my yard backfilled and leveled like I was told it would be when I moved in. My home still sits a foot off the ground and during the winter my pipes freeze because the wind is able to blow right under my trailer. Ohh and dont bother joining the Facebook Group, the park manager will just delete you from the page when you start pointing things out then claim they don't know why you magicly can't find the page ... read more
This community has a kind and welcoming group of residents, but the management is running it like a joke. Josh, the lone maintenance worker, is clearly overworked and shows little concern for the numerous serious—sometimes legally questionable—issues affecting many of the trailers here. This is not his fault, he is solo. He needs an underhand or someone to work with him, he needs help and should be treated with respect. The speed bumps are a serious problem.
We are considering moving to Oakwood. We stopped in last week and spoke to Janelle who was very nice and knowledgeable. You can tell she enjoys her job with her enthusiasm. She provided a lot of information and answered all of our questions and we had a lot. We love the area and especially with two little ones the playground is a big seller. Looking to relocate from Missouri in about two months.
