Very helpful today. My plumbing needs met and now my wife is happy once again! Wouldn't been able to fix with out them.
This past week, I went to Ace Hardware in Oakwood to purchase a new set of bolts and washers for a bicycle. All of the staff not only assisted but made me feel at home.
went to get some pine straw to keep my animals warm & the lady said she didn’t have a way to get it out of the trailer so therefore couldn’t sell it to me.
The moment you walk in the door everyone is always helpful & friendly. This location is closer to me than Lowes or Home Depot and I can usually find what I need here when I’m in a pinch.
I had a fantastic experience at Ace Hardware. After being referred by AutoZone for a missing battery screw, Jeff stepped in and went above and beyond. He located the correct piece immediately, took the time to come out to my car, and helped install it properly to ensure my battery was secure. Friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful staff - this is the kind of customer service that deserves recognition! Even the lady at the register was helpful as well !
