The manager kelly is a b! She tells you one thing and does another. The sign clearly says home for sale or lease but they do not honor it. She approves who she wants, says one thing and changes her mind later. She clearly doesn’t know what her lease states since we brought up one detailed about it and when we told her what section the lease says, she refuses to speak on it and wants to throw in termination/breach in contract! Please don't move here. 1. Dirty 2. Lazy unconcerned Management 3. Security is useless 3. Management can be Vindictive and childish 4. Water system is messed up..I would not drink the water. 5. I have had to give up on going Jogging due to the outrages amount of stray dogs the management refuses to do anything about 6. Cars with loud music that can really shake your home and your nerves.. and the list is endless and it's too bad because with decent management they would be a good place to live..Â
