Went to hospital twice and was misdiagnosed both time over the weekend. Went to see the doctor and he knew what it was instantly. Perscribe the right medicine and Went from feeling like I was dying to right as rain in just days. Also takes the time never rushed care. Great straight forward medical care nobsugar coating. If you want a doctor you can trust this is the guy.

This feels like a small town doctor's office -- personably and genuinely invested in my well-being. Dr. Czarsty is thorough and very easy to talk to. Betty is an absolute joy and makes every appointment a pleasure. So glad we found OFP.
Office staff was extremely rude and unhelpful when I needed a copy of my physical.
The office sends medical codes to the insurance company billing for more money than they should have gotten and no one takes calls to answer or fix the problem so they got 500.00 for a 10 minute visit and then generating a copay for no reason so if they are seeing 5 or more patients a day at this amount of money so they are roughly getting 60,000 a week $$$$$$$$$$ so a year over the 3 digits and they charge the copay something majorly wrong here!!
