Shelley and her team provide outstanding customer service. We were pleasantly surprised to see my mother in law having a great time this evening with Elvis. The Oakview mgmt. gave up their personal evening on Valentine's Day night and they gave the residents a wonderful evening. The facility is always clean and well-staffed with caring individuals. Oakview Park isn't just a beautiful facility, it is a place where the staff work together as a team, work hard and care for the residents, in the Community we encourage socialization through activities to include local artists, musicians, outside trips and special events throughout the year. We are excited to have the opportunity to care for each residents.
My mom was there from when the doors opened. This place can not keep staff in place because management has no training on how to treat people. I would not recommend. Until the owners decide to spend money on training management this place will continue to go down hill.
