My car was covered with bird poop from a tree and I pulled up trying to scrub and get all off. Kevin jumped in and took over scrubbing my car all over before it went through the wash. It came out perfect. He didn’t have to do that and that is what was so great about the car wash.
Scratched the hood of my car. Spoke to owner ray. Said he would check cameras and call me back after insinuating I was lying. I have a brand new car. Never called me back. Contacting my lawyer and the better business bureau. He said he had been in the line of business for 13 years and has never heard of a car wash scratching vehicles (total bullshit) his employee stated that it happens all the time.
