Customer service was outstanding! Jim, the service manager, was extremely helpful. I would highly recommend Oakton Auto Service Center for anyone needing any type of maintenance on their vehicle.

Jim is the best! We had taken our car twice to the dealer : paid them a large sum the first time and second time were essentially gaslit. Jim had a look for a nominal fee and gave v helpful advice about how to approach the dealer to get it resolved. Very trustworthy.
They were amazing! Very kind when my car broke down in their parking lot and was sobbing in the office. Thank you!!
Wrong diagnosis and high price from the mechanics. But I appreciate that when the owner Simon heard about it he was very helpful to have it addressed.
