Called to make an appointment for an oil change, got it scheduled, showed up and was told I didn’t have one. Bad scheduling system and you can’t even do it online.

Jim is the best! We had taken our car twice to the dealer : paid them a large sum the first time and second time were essentially gaslit. Jim had a look for a nominal fee and gave v helpful advice about how to approach the dealer to get it resolved. Very trustworthy.
