Rude receptionist. Every phone call we’ve had the receptionist answering the phone call is so rude and aggressive. Not sure why they even landed a job like this if they’re not even helpful. Always the same person that answers the phone with the same horrible attitude. Doctors are great but the receptionist lets down this place.
Visited reception today think the lady in question had the surname Hogettes very professional and lovely lady.could not do enough for me thankyou ...
Yet again shocking, and one of the receptionists is one of the worst people I have ever spoken to. 2.8 star reviews is 2.8 too many.
Had a yearly health check with nurse amelia a thorough check up made to feel so relaxed such a friendly and welcoming nurse
