I have tried to verify cashier's checks from their institution but they won't do so over the phone. They request that you send an image of the check to their customer service email, but they never respond. If you don't verify cashier's checks that's fine, just say that. But directing us to an email that you won't respond to is dishonest.
If i could give it 0 stars I would. They treat you like a cog in the machine and not like a person. Accessing your own funds is very difficult, cards get frozen all the time, and you can only have $1500 a day, no matter how much money you have in the account unless you request special approval that takes hours to days to get. They do not care about the individual at all, hate that this place bought my small town bank. It used to be such a nice, personable experience.
