Amy, Sandy, Angie and all of the staff are amazing and treat the residents like family. Everyone truly goes out of their way to provide compassionate care to the residents. My initial thoughts about the Oaks Retirement Community were of a clean, well maintained and managed home with a caring staff. During the past year Alisa and Amy have proven my first thoughts to be correct. They take good care of my mother.
My parent has been at the Oaks for the last year, and the staff and management there have been truly outstanding. From the first day, they really went out of their way to help us with an urgent, short-term stay that turned into a more permanent one. They were flexible (but still SAFE!) in getting us in, and then allowing us to later move into a permanent apartment.
