Komo is our regular so it pains me to write this. We go there at least once a week. Great location, very good food, and usually very good service. The last visit was really frustrating. They recently changed their loyalty program so I had to get a new card. I was told I had to go to the public bar. So I did. I said to the lady there that I needed a new card. I don't smoke so it was a shock to me when the head of housecleaning has claimed to find a whole bin of cigarette butts in my room and charged me $250- I'd be honest about something like this. The apartments are also not private and can see neighbouring units, the gaps between apartments make it easy for anyone to access your balcony and items to cross sides.
