My kid bumped into the garage door last week, doing a lot of damage on the garage doors. Fortunately, I have a contractor on standby to handle any emergency garage door repairs. When I called Oaks Overhead Doors Co last week to get it fixed, I had a great experience. Same-day service, upfront pricing, and an excellent technician in Rob. This has been the best garage door experience I've ever had, and I wholeheartedly recommend them.
Customer service that is both exceptional and friendly. We returned several times to determine color and glass options. I'd drive around, take pictures of what I liked, and then go back in to show them and ask their opinion. They are fantastic, and I trust their advice and recommendations when it comes to new garage door installation. I wholeheartedly endorse Oaks Overhead Doors Co!!! Thank you for making such a wonderful addition to our home.
Our garage door's spring mechanism broke, which was unfortunate. Jayson answered the phone right away and provided all of the details, including the estimate. Jason was very pleasant on the phone, and the technician who performed the garage door maintenance the next day was quick and professional. He had the springs replaced in less than two hours. I am happy with their service!!! Oaks Overhead Doors Co deserves a five-star rating:)
