I am disappointed with the service from these departments; I am a new resident On July 1st, I was handed over my apartment, but there were many issues; for example, the air conditioner is leaking water inside and soaking the carpet, and the heating lines are broken They also have a lot of cockroaches, and the tow truck took my work van; I was charged $520 to get it back—this is unacceptable
The new management has been trying every possible way to push current residents out. A couple of months ago, they started saying each apartment is limited to two cars, and visitors have to pay for a daily parking pass. Now residents can’t even add a second car or get a daily visitor permit. This is unfair to current residents who already live here for years. Management needs to stop changing policies whenever they feel like to. The manager should take responsibility for how poorly this has been handled.
I have been living at the Willow Hills Apartment for over eight years and it has been some times that I would put in a work order and it use to take months before anyone reach out to you, but now since there has been new management, workers, and staff, now when I put in an work order Will Collin’s do respond and return your phone calls. Horrible management.
Filthy halls full of garbage, black gunk spews from the sinks and tubs, broken utilities, hidden fees, unhelpful staff, slow repairs, roaches, changes to lease without warning you, fire alarm goes off for days at a time, and constantly shuts off water without warning. This is one of the worst places I have ever lived.
