Absolutely HORRENDOUS living here. I've only lived here for 11 months and I'm getting out as soon as my lease is up. The complex is constantly dirty, smells like weed, has broken glass everywhere, bugs, etc. and yet all management cares about is stupid parking? They're cold and don't actually care about helping residents get what they need and have no understanding whatsoever. DO NOT LIVE HERE
I had my car towed twice, and both situations were handled poorly. The first time, I received an email confirming my car was approved. There was no mention of any fee or additional steps, yet my car was still towed with no clear explanation. The second time, they claimed my car was not parked between the lines. The problem is there were no visible lines in the parking area at all!! On top of that, the towing caused damage to my car. We move in two years ago The maintenance is bad I have to fix a bunch of things On my own because I Request is on emergency and nobody showed up the hallways. They used to be clean but now for the last few weeks. Nobody Haven’t show up to clean Floors are sticky and duty
0 stars would not recommend, there’s nothing good to say so why do a lengthy review, looking at the other reviews should tell anyone enough. Run!! Don’t waste your time nor money!!Lowkey shouldn’t even be in business still it’s sickening.
