Do not rent here. I’ve never left a review before—good or bad—but my experience with this property was so unprofessional that it deserves one. I paid a ridiculous $200 “Admin Fee” and could not get a single update on my application. I emailed, called multiple times, and left voicemails—no response at all. To make matters worse, management claims the fee is nonrefundable. That’s unacceptable. I disputed it with my bank and got my money back the same day, which tells me this is a recurring issue. I have lived in Willow Hill apts for 7yrs. Throughout my stay there, the staff had been amazing. The maintenance techs always fulfilled any work request needed. The office managers and staff were nice. I relocated twice within the complex in which the transition was smooth. I had also referred two other families to the complex.
