Need to find out who the tow company is tenants have a right to know and the TI needs to supply the tenants with that information. I worked for a tow company for many years so i know it works. Ti needs to supply the tenants with visible stickers on their vehicles to show that they live in the complex the tow company should supply each tenant with this. Easy solution.
Do not live here unless this is your absolute last option. The neighbors are great and friendly, but unfortunately, my experience with the building and management has been extremely disappointing. I will do 2 reviews this is my 1st reviews, one now and one later. I started already cleaning the hallways and the laundry room. Not sure why some seem to not care and just leave garage around. I kindly got gloves and a broom and sweep the laundry room and the front entrance by the mailboxes. My apartment inside is nice. The floor are not sound proof and you will hear your neighbors. Do NOT rent here. Do NOT even apply here. My application process took over a month and during that time I couldn't even look at a unit until the day I signed my lease. And only then was I informed the property was bought out by TI communities. I asked if the lease I was signing that day would be honored by the new owners, I was assured it would be.
