When a family friend was in immediate need for treatment and help I reached out to Teri at Oaks of Hope. She immediately hooked up my friend with the professional team to get him on the right track. The personal touch and compassion shown for people is commended.
Great facility with truly caring and loving owners and employees. Helped me achieve goals I set in a fast manner getting a good job and a car after a few months aswell as maintaining a good relationship beyond just being at the facility. The staff and councilors are very Knowledgeable and helpful making you feel like your with family members and friends more than being in a institution but still are professional in manner. We have struggled for 13 years with our son's dual diagnosis, and Teri and Oaks of Hope stand out in a singular way from the numerous average to below average places he has been. Beyond the peaceful location, more important is Teri herself and her entire staff and their tremendous understanding, caring professionalism. We do not know of any other place we could come close to calling 5-Star.
It’s a beautiful home but more like a vacation than a rehab. Not much of a solid program. I was welcomed with open arms but kicked out a week early after going to one of the women in charge with all of the clients concerns. What’s worse is I wasn’t told I was leaving until mere hours before I left. I felt betrayed. Throughout my stay one female client stole from me and the rehab even. Oaks Of Hope is a wonderful treatment facility! They save lives. I can only speak on my personal experience their and they have helped me change my life. The staff is so caring and they have a genuine desire to help their clients succeed. They make you feel like your part of a family, a very loving supportive family. I can't express how grateful I really am for Oaks Of Hope and all of the staff there....I can only say THANK YOU
