I lived here for almost 4 years now and they had about 3 property managers in 4 years, Monique, Nicole and Dawn..Nicole and Dawn have a History of saying they mailed you copies of late rent payments and lease violations if a person is late on there rent u wont be notified just lie to by Dawn O'Conner

.... out of the 7 years my family lived here this place has went down. When autumn was over oaks the place was well kept and clean. After numerous new owners/landlords this place has went down. Do not move here. It’s really disgusting . Trash is everywhere when u first enter. Just take a drive thru during the day when u have a chance and see for yourself... the landlord Monique is very unprofessional... she only comes out literally to see if everyone is parking legally when there’s barely any space.
