Great location! Country setting. Just off of I-5 and Hwy. 58. You can be to town in 10 minutes. Family park. We have mobile home spaces (occasionally one for sale by owner). Also RV spaces on a long-term basis.

The park is very quiet and the people are very friendly there. I only pass through to visit a co-worker every now and then, but it’s a very clean, quiet and friendly environment to live in. When coming into the park, there are several sharp curves, but do proceed through slowly as there are bands of wildlife grazing through as well. The surrounding area deafens the sounds coming off of the highway fairly well, you hardly hear it during peak traffic hours.
Since new management took over the park is going down hill.
