It's still an ok place to live but don't love that the floors/ceilings are wood frame not concrete so the sound travels up and down loudly, like a regular house. Also the people coming here in the last couple years are not the same as those that have owned and lived in their places for many years. The overall respect level has definitely dropped. No issues with management however, which makes for pretty undisturbed living and three floors with an elevator adds something as well.
