What a great dental clinic. The people are lovely and service is great. Had an issue with booking so they have offered an alternative which worked even better. Great staff and am amazing experience. Really clean and greatly equipped practice. Highly recommend.
After recently moving back to Sydney, I was looking for a dentist in Neutral Bay for a check-up and clean. Dr Alice Shan was caring and professional. She took the time to explain everything to me: ways to improve my dental health, potential reasons for teeth grinding and helped me with making a splint (something I’ve been dragging my feet about for a few years). Glad to have found my new regular dentist.
I visited Oaks Dental for a check up and clean and it was such a great experience. Very thorough and gentle, the practice is calming and it made visiting the dentist an enjoyable experience, which is not usually the case! I would definitely recommend to anyone in the area 🦷
Drs. Emily and Alice are the most wonderful, skilled and caring dentists. They looked after my mother who has dental anxiety and required urgent dental treatment. They were so gentle, reassuring and caring towards her. She now loves going in! I would not hesitate to recommend this practice to anyone and I would encourage anyone looking for a trusted and knowledgeable team, to come here. They will be in safe and caring hands.
I recently had an incredible experience at this dental clinic. From start to finish, the entire process was seamless and stress-free. My initial consultation was extremely thorough, with X-rays and a clear treatment plan laid out for me. Dr Emily So really took the time to explain everything, which I truly appreciated.
