This apartment complex is disgusting. Bugs and rats infested in each building. I've asked numerous times to get the situation under control. They spray something bi weekly that doesn't work and nothing for rats. Literally roaches falling from the ceiling. I never got to move into the apartment because of how serious the infestation was. Signed the lease before finding the problem. Told office immediately. 5 months later I'm terminating my lease and they don't give anything off. My girlfriend and I lived here for the past 3 years and just recently moved out. There is several issues with this place that need serious attention. There has been a revolving door of managers there and almost all of them were bad. Carol (the most recent manager) I believe is actually the only good one. She actually got things fixed in our apartment that were broken for years. The maintenance crew is horrible and takes forever to fix anything, that’s been one change that Carol fixed.
