The worst experience ever. People escaped multiple times and it was never reported. They drugged my Dad and sent him to the hospital for no reason. When the ambulance went to bring him back at 2am they said he was not allowed back. They are truly awful people!!!
Oaks at Mt. Pleasant is currently making great improvements. The management team has created a more pleasant environment for residents and their families. They are always available for questions and concerns and are quickly resolving issues that arise. Way to go Oaks!
As a former director of this facility, it deeply saddens me to write this review. I had the privilege of managing this building for three years, during which I not only built a strong, compassionate team to care for our residents but also formed lasting bonds with both the residents and staff. When I was offered an incredible opportunity to advance my career, I made the difficult decision to leave. This place really needs to be looked into. I could not believe my eyes . They need new management !! If you have a relative here , CHECK OK THEM !
I came here for an interview, and Wayne the manager was so hostile, but because he said it’s 10 patients to a caregiver I said okay is there no cap ? , “ you have to time management skills” to work here matter of fact maybe this isn’t the job for you, I also asked what if you needed more than 3 days of training meaning getting to know your resident and the ins and outs of the facility he said 3 days is all you get you either know how to do it or don’t.
