My grandmother was there for two years. She always needs her walker to walk. She had a bed alarm that would sound when she got out of it. We thought something was wrong so we placed a camera in her room. We have it on video where after getting out of bed for the bathroom, she fell backwards. After a few minutes of alarm going off, two staff members come in to find her on the floor. They just place her back into bed without checking her or reporting the fall. MOST OF US WITH LOVED ONES THAT ARE OR WERE IN "THIS LIVING HELL HOLE"...HAVE EITHER MOVED OUR LOVED OUT, ARE MOVING THEM OUT...AND/OR ARE OR HAVE LAW SUITS AGAINST THESE IDIOTS!
After being in a situation where my father had fallen ill, I was forced to find a new living situation for him. I live out of state and it is extremely difficult to care for him through the week. My mind was completely at ease after visiting The Haven! Not only are the facilities beautiful, the staff is simply unparralled! Everyone cares for the residents and it is genuine.
