I moved into D3 last year. Sheldon one of the owners didn't even have all the previous renters stuff out like drawers with nasty molded bread in one drawer . Mold around the kitchen sink. He told me I would get all my deposit back when I moved. Then he sold it. The new owners were straight up thieves. They will charge you if you don't change the air filters for the heat and air.
