This complex is specifically for our elderly, and disabled people. Some pay full rent , and our tax dollars help subsidize through Hud rent for others. It is DISGRACEFUL how run down, and unmaintained these Apartments are, and how infested they are with ROACHES, and ANTS! The CABINETS MUST BE THE ORIGINAL DISGUSTING OLD CABINETS FROM WHEN THEY WERE FIRST BUILT, and THEY ARE ROACH INFESTED! Probably one third of the electrical outlets don’t work in any given apartment, and residents are just waiting for a fire from the shorts... read more
