Staff seems okay. The place itself is just disgusting. The carpet in my grandfathers room is so filthy that my shoes were sticking to the carpet. The room and the halls leading to his room smell like urine/feces. If you have family in here make sure you are keeping track of their accounts and what is being charged. My grandfather was charged almost $500 more than what he was supposed to be charged, I couldn’t reach anyone over the phone and had to go in person to speak with someone.
